Day 1 - Jakarta Sightseeing

At 8.0 AM this morning, we will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or other designated places,then we will go to have this unique tour, the tour will take about  8 hours,  we will send you back to your hotel or other designated place after that.

MERDEKA SQUARE

Merdeka Square is a large square located in the center of Jakarta, it is surrounded by important government buildings such as the President Palace, the Supreme Court and various governmental ministries.(Monday & Public Holidays closed)

NATIONAL MONUMENT (MONAS)

National Monument (MONA), it is a 132-meter-high column towering over Merdeka Squareis. It is Jakarta’s principal landmark and it symbolizes the nation’s independence. ISTANA NEGARA (PRESIDENT PALACE OF INDONESIA)

The Presidential Palace, Jakarta, also known as the Merdeka Palace, is a state-owned palace complex, currently used as the official residence of the President of the Peoples Republic of Indonesia. The palace was originally constructed around 1876, and later sold to the Dutch colonialists to serve as the residence for the Governor General. Further modifications were made through the years, making it one of the most eye-catching architectural landmarks of historical significance in Jakarta.  After Indonesia finally gained its independence in 1949, the palace was renamed Istana Merdeka, meaning 'The Palace of Freedom'. 

NATIONAL MUSEUM OF INDONESIA

National Museum of Indonesia is also recognized as Elephant Museum. It’s called as Elephant Museum because there’s an elephant sculpture made of bronze medal at the front park of the museum. National Museum has more than 140,000 collections consist of prehistoric collection, archeological collection, foreign ceramic collection, numismatic/heraldic collection, and colonial collection,for those who love culture and antiques, this is definitely a good place to visit. 

MINIATURE PARK

An extensive theme park set in over 100 hectares on the outskirts of Jakarta; the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (Beautiful Indonesia in Miniature Park) is Indonesia's answer to every visitor's prayer to see the magnificent archipelago in just one day. All the Indonesian islands are realistically reproduced in miniature in a central lake and around the lake are pavilions to represent the 26 provinces in Indonesia. Each pavilion is representative of each province from the traditional architectural style in miniature to a wonderful display of cultural items and exhibits.

MUSEUM INDONESIA

Inside the Taman Mini Indonesia Indah is Museum Indonesia, a three-story edifice in traditional Balinese architecture. The museum houses a vast collection of Indonesian contemporary arts and crafts collected by previous president Suharto. 

BATIK SHOP

Stop and visit to one of the Batik shop in Jakarta to find Indonesian fine selection and interesting permanent exhibition of BATIK, traditional cloth from Indonesia, in classic and modern designs. After that transfer back to designated place.

Day 2 - Bandung 1 day tour

This is a full day scenic-sightseeing tour to Bandung, the capital of West Java province and the Indonesia's third largest city, also known as 'the city of flowers'. A pleasant drive via highway, passing by mountainous area, paddy fields, rubber and tea plantations makes this excursion worth. Bandung is situated on a plateau 768 meters above sea level with a very cool limate troughout the year, there are alot of Dutch Colonial Architecture as well as beautiful beautiful gardens there, and most important, Bandung is a shopping paradise, you can find all kinds of branded cloth with a very reasonable price.

  • Asia African Museum
  • Cihampelas's Jeans's Center

At 7.0 AM this morning, we will pick you up at the lobby of your hotel or other designated places (please go to the booking page to select the pick up location that in your area from the pick up location list),  then drive to historical city Bandung, it takes about 2.30 hours to reach Bandung depending on traffic condition. On the way you can enjoy beautiful sceneries. 

Tangkuban Perahu Crater (Vocalno)

Upon arrival Bantung, we will drive to visit Tangkuban perahu first, Tangkuban perahu is an active volcano, situated 30 km north of the city of Bandung, The name Tangkuban Perahu or the 'overturned boat' derived from the Sundanese 'Sangkuriang' legend. Its craters are the remnant of a gigantic collapsed volcano; it still simmers and bubbles, sending up deadly sulphurous fumes. Its last serious eruption was in 1969, filling the area with black clouds, ash, and mud flows. It is the only crater in Indonesia that you can drive up to its very rim. The huge crater is an astonishing view and you can walk around and explore this for around two hours. Upon arrival you will given enough time to enjoy and explore this amazing natural scenery. You can look into the huge crater or even hike down into it, stroll through the forest on its slopes, or simply enjoy the splendid panoramic scenery.

Ciater Hot Spring

Ciater is a pretty little place in the middle of huge tea estate. Its main attraction is the Sari Ater Hot Spring Resort; the pools are probably the best of all the hot springs around Bandung. You can enjoy swimming in warm water pools that can heal rheumatism and skin problems (note: pool ticket will be on your own expenses).

The Asian-African Museum

After lunch back to Bandung city, there you will visit famous Asian-African Museum, Asian African Conference Museum is also called Gedung Merdeka, it is the first Asian African Conference was held from 18th to 24th April 1955, That was the first ever conference of non-aligned nations from Asia and Africa Continents and attended by many world's leaders, and thus this conference are considered milestone in world history.

The Asian-African Museum is located at Jalan Asia Afrika in Bandung, it is the most important tourist attraction in Bandung, The Museum is open Mondays through Fridays from 08.0 am to 03.0 pm. Upon arrival, you will be given 30 minute visit the Museum.

CIHAMPELAS 'JEANS' CENTER

No discussion of Bandung' sights would be complete without mention of its famous jeans street,  so after that we will visit Jalan Cihampelas. This is a commercial area, which offers a huge collection of jeans and the most beautifully decorated shop. It is the ultimate shopping paradise. Drive back to Jakarta after that, you should be arrival at Jakarta about 7.00 pm, depend on the traffic condition. Upon arrival to Jakarta, send you back to your hotel or other designated places.

  • Cancellations - A cancellation can only be done through iplantour website,  hotel and transportation can not be cancelled once we confirmed hotel and transportation service provider, thus fee can no be refunded, but for Land arrangement you can cancel but subject to the terms and conditions. Cancellation made after the tour already started will not be accepted at all, and unused partial service can not be refunded.    

  • Change booking - Any change of reservation made after confirmed will subject to term and conditions,  change made within 24 hour before the service start will not be accepted.  Some changes are allowed even after service starts such as upgrade to better or larger car, request for replace anther tour leader, but it purely subject to availability.   

  • No-Shows - It will be considered no show if the customer does not show duo to any reason such as refuse to be entered by immigration, cancellation of the flight, there are will be no replacement and also no refund for No Show conditions.  

  • Tipping - It is compulsary to pay Tipping Fee for Local guide & Driver, please refer tipping details

  • Mid Night Charge - Early Arrival or Mid Nite Arrival (23.00 - 06.00) will have to pay additional mid night fee with is USD10 per person.
